Fundraiser for Roma Children

Morgan Stanley has a long-standing tradition of supporting the Roma community in Hungary. On May 20th Morgan Stanley employees will reunite with our partner association BAGazs to raise funds for the Children’s Summer camp. The running event will take place at the Budakeszi Wildlife park, where our volunteers and the children from the settlements will run together. Our goal is to fund a one-week-long inclusive camp, which will provide opportunities for 100 children from the Roma settlement to participate in programs such as arts & crafts, sports activities and community cooking. A special occasion for the children of the settlements to learn about themselves and about the world in a supportive environment. We hope to increase their confidence and mobility with the ultimate goal to contribute to their schooling and to their integration into the workforce.
